The right rooflight will transform a property, flooding dull or dark rooms with beautiful, natural light, additional ventilation and a feeling of extra space. This effect can be created in any area of the home, from kitchens to bathrooms, bedrooms and loft spaces.

Flat fixed Roof Light

  • Designed to be installed into roofs from 0° to 15°
  • Can go up to 4 square metres but individual units can be joined together
  • Ideal for modern buildings
  • Slim clear lines and contemporary frames
  • Advantage of rarely being seen from the garden
  • Does not obstruct upstairs windows
  • Self cleaning active glass
  • Allows up to 25% more natural light

Roof Lanterns

  • Lanterns can be built bigger overall since you have smaller pieces of glass that are connected with plastic or aluminium frames. Roof lanterns can be up to 20 sqm. They typically follow a square or rectangular shape.
  • Roof lanterns are a bit like a high-tech conservatory and a skylight combined. Using a supporting up-stand known as a ‘kerb’, glass panes are held in place by glazing bars which are visible from underneath, unlike a flat rooflight. You can see these glazing bars but they’re beautiful.
  • Add an architectural element to a building.
  • Self cleaning active glass

CII Conservatory Roof Solution

IDEAL SOLUTION WITH MINIMAL FUSS !!

Many find that their conservatory is impractical for a large amount of the year – too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.  This can be remedied with the installation of an insulated conservatory roof that will not only control the temperature and reduce glare and energy bills, but will stop furniture from fading and appearing old before its time.  UPVC is often chosen for use within conservatories because of its versatility as a building material.  If you chose UPVC as a cover for your insulated ceiling then you will benefit from a bright light airy space created by sunlight reflected from the UPVC surface.  UPVC also has the added benefit that it is a low maintenance material that will need minimal attention after the initial installation.

The panelled interior ceiling will be installed inside your existing conservatory roof, hiding the insulation from the interior of the room.  Along with the insulation itself, the UPVC conservatory panels will help to dramatically decrease seasonal fluctuations in temperature meaning that less heat will escape during winter  months (keeping the room cosy and warm) while also not building up inside during the summer months (keeping the room cool and comfortable).
